At Cake-Themed Clothing Store, we want every customer to enjoy a delightful shopping experience. If your T-shirt does not meet your expectations, please review the return and refund guidelines below.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To qualify, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with any original tags still attached.

For hygiene and quality reasons, items that show signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery may not qualify for a return.

2. How to Request a Return

• Your order number

• The item you wish to return

• The reason for your request

• Clear photographs if the product arrived damaged or incorrect

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if it is approved. Please wait for authorization before sending merchandise back.

3. Refund Processing

Once an approved return reaches us and passes inspection, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective T-shirt, a damaged item, or merchandise different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and supporting photographs so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind or an incorrect size selection, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return results from our error or a confirmed product defect, we will review the circumstances and arrange an appropriate solution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by our store.

6. Exchanges

We cannot guarantee that a replacement size, color, or design will be available. Customers may contact our support team to discuss an exchange or return followed by a new order.

7. Order Cancellations

Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation requests can only be accommodated before the order enters the fulfillment or shipping process.
