At Cake-Themed Clothing Store, we work to get your favorite cake-inspired T-shirts ready for their journey as smoothly as possible. Please review our order preparation and delivery information before purchasing.

1. Order Preparation

Our standard order preparation time is up to 72 hours after an order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.

Preparation includes order verification, product checks, packaging, and coordination with our shipping provider. During peak shopping periods or public holidays, preparation may take longer than expected.

2. Shipping and Estimated Delivery

After an order has been dispatched, estimated delivery generally takes 3–5 days.

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch rather than at checkout. Actual arrival dates may vary depending on the destination, carrier schedule, weather, customs clearance, and other logistical conditions.

The total estimated time from purchase to delivery includes both preparation and transit.

3. Shipping Address

Please verify your complete shipping address, including apartment number, postal code, city, and contact details, before submitting your order.

If you discover an error, email strigostoday@outlook.com as quickly as possible. We will attempt to correct the address if the order has not yet entered the shipping process. Changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

When tracking information is available, we will provide the relevant details through the contact information associated with your order.

Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package. If tracking does not update for an extended period, please contact our support team for assistance.

5. Delivery Delays

We aim to meet the estimated delivery window but cannot guarantee an exact arrival date. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs inspections, peak-season demand, and other unexpected events may affect transit times.

If your package appears delayed, contact us with your order number so we can help review the situation.

6. Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned to the sender if the address is incomplete, delivery attempts are unsuccessful, or the recipient cannot receive the shipment.

If a package is returned, we will review the available tracking information and contact the customer to discuss possible next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply when permitted by law and disclosed to the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please email strigostoday@outlook.com with your order number and any relevant photographs or tracking information. We will review the circumstances and work toward an appropriate resolution.

8. Shipping Costs

Applicable shipping fees will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Any available shipping promotions will be subject to the conditions shown at the time of purchase.
